I was called by another person stating that I had been approved for a grant of $8400. I was asked to call Jack Smith at 202-808-3677, stating that he was the account manager. I called Mr. Smith upon which time he became extremely vulgar with me. He called me a b**ch, a**hole, and told me to go to hell.. I called his supervisor Alex Cooper @ 202-808-1411 and Mr. Cooper had Mr. Smith call and apologize to me, which he did not, he left a voicemail message stating that if he had done something wrong, which he didn't think he did but that his boss told him he had to apologize. Then on 05/12/13, Jack Smith called back again, once again calling me a b**ch, a slut, a prostitute and told me to go to hell, I hung up on him and then he called me back again upon which I did not answer and he left me another voicemail message (which I have saved) stating that I needed to answer my damn phone, calling me a son of a b**ch, a**hole, that if I took any action against him he would come and blow up my house and shoot me.
