I made an online layaway with KMart Department store and after making two payments decided to cancel the layaway. I called three different 800 number before I could get some help. After talking with Jennifer, Ivy and Latoya on 4/24/13 I was told to go into the store to get a cash refund. I went into the store and was giving another 800 number after being told I could not cancel the layaway in the store. I went home called this number and was told go online to my layaway manager profile and cancel the layaway which I did. I called the online number three more time from 4/25 to 5/06 and finally got a supervisor after talking with Toby then Delores, the supervisor name Anna assured me I would receive a full refund of all the money I paid including the layaway fee as well as an email. I never received an email instead I received a phone call to pick my money up in the Belleville store which is where I originally went and was told I could not get my refund and when they did refund my money the manager refused to get me my $15.00 in which I was told I would receive.
