the above company took the $30 out of my account without my consent and i called and told them to put the money back into my account and they told me that i needed to check out their website and fill out a loan form. i do not wat a loan with them, so they took $30 out of my account for a loan i will not receive and a not interested in applying for.

- I had three withdrawals from Fund Assurance all in the same day for $1.00 each time. They ended up putting it back the same day. But then a week later they withdrew $30.00 from my account making it over drawn. Yea I know it's sad that $30.00 did that but STILL!!! How the hell are they able to just get into your bank account and do that without a check or authorization form or anything??? It's really not fair, they put it back but it left me with a -$36.00 bank fee. I got pissed at my bank for allowing it, they wanna charge all of these fees to have an account but they don't even protect you from people like that....Screw them no one really takes checks anymore I might as well just keep cash.

- i just noticed that they have been playing around with my account for 8 days now. i called them a few minutes ago and said i contacted a lawyer (which i did) and, if i understood her right, they are supposed to put the money back into my account withing 3 to 7 days. this dumbass was still trying to get me to go to their website and "input more information" to complete my loan.
