signed up for free sample on line and the next thing i know they had taken 97.88 out of my bank account....Have tried to cancel this by contacting them by phone. they agreed to cancel the order but are still sending their product and are still taking 97.88 out of my account every month....can you help me to stop them? Thank you for any help you can give me to resolve this matter...I am also going to my bank to see if I can put a stop payment order on this...Again thank you
