The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
I am being flooded with thousands of messages from multitudes of phony email addresses (THEY CANNOT BE BLOCKED)scattered around the world, each containing a website link CONSUMER LIFESTYLES. This website features Dr. Oz promoting a weight loss product (Garcina Cambogia). Many of the messages use celebrity names.
ALL OF THEM TAKE ONE BACK TO CONSUMER LIFESTYLES ADVERTORIAL WITH DR. OZ. Somehow connected to CDP, OPRAH AND ZOCO.
This has continued for 3+ months and I have spent hundreds of hours trying to get it stopped. My ISP has been unable to stop them. They hide their contact information so that one cannot contact someone in authority to get it stopped. I have tried to contact Dr. OZ, but he is protected by his handlers.
