I ordered the Natural Cleanse and Liposlim products based on information read on the website from a Channel 4 member of staff who used the products and raved about them. It was stated a 21 day trial period was available, however, after 14 days the total amount of £79.99 x 2 was taken from my account even though the advert stated the full price if you were satisfied was $79.99 for each purchase which equates to around £52 british pounds. I emailed them and received a response that my trial period had elapsed and I hadn't informed them, however, my account was now closed. I have tried ringing the number given in the email but it doesn't exist. My concern is that they have my details and could possibly continue to take money from the account. I will contact my bank and hopefully stop any future charges.
