I went in to get my hair colored one color and ended up with 5 colors. Prior to leaving the salon my hair was wet and I was unable to see the 4 additional colors in my hair. I went back the following Monday and the Manager Ashley refused to refund my money. She didn't even offer to correct my hair. When I asked her for the contact information for the person she reported to. She sarcastically said "The owners live out of the country, good luck. She was very unprofessional.
