I applied for a loan and then $98.00 was gone from my checking account. I called to see what it was they said I had ordered couponds. No I did not. All of this started sometime in January not sure of the date. They told me to fill out a form and send a copy of the transaction. I did that!! I waited NO MONEY I call back they say when they got the fax the bottom was cut off, for me to refax the info. I did that ,this time with a comformation page and put a copy in the mail.I called yet again now they tell me they cant give the money because they want my actual bank statment. Here's the biggie I may not get a refund because it has gone past the date. I live on SSI $89.00 is alot of money to me.
