dear sir,
i recieved one email from United Foundation Development Program that they have grant me £500,000.00. after then they refer to Standard Credit Union Bank that your grant has been submitted to this bank and open your online account with them, now this bank is asking me 240$ to open my account. what i have to do, i will pay or not.
please answer me through my email.........
