Craigslist sale - Selling on Craigslist Wheel Chair $1000... they needed shipping money, sent email that paypal had recieved $1500 cost of chair and shipping... Needed $450 wire transfer to ECargo for confirmation of shipping. Sent via Western Union - MTCN 526-623-1161. ECargo then notified me of insurance needed and that Lisa Bennet (unknown individual) had put another $350 in paypal for insurance. Then Paypal notice came in for additional money (insurance)... that is when I call Paypal and they don't do Western Union.
