From your RemoteControlsCenter.com web site I ordered Vizio remote control Vizio 0980-0303-5020 (66700BA0-010-R) for $29.95 as you confirmed below. I received Vizio remote control 6150BC0-R which is not the same as advertised on your web site (see attachment). In addition it does not have the same functions as the remote I ordered. The remote shown and the one I ordered has functions for controlling TV, VCR, CABLE & DVD with a SET and ENTER button. The remote you shipped do not have these functions and buttons. Please provide authorization to return this wrong remote for refund or the correct remote you advertised. In addition I have called your 24/7 phone numbers at 1-800-827-2546 and 1-800-294-3889 and left the requested phone number to contact me.
I have made several attemps to contact this company with no response. I also initiated a complaint with my credit card company.
