I saw a lot of zoosk advertisement on social networking sites and after creating an account (which is free) and having a look at their users, I figured it was not a site specifically for people just looking for sex and it functioned like a match-making site.

Obviously, I could not communicate with the women I found compatible without having to pay the sum above for their service. Fair enough.

After having done the transfer via PayPal, I've been been "able" to send messages (So I've been lead to believe) but I don't even know if they can read my messages! I've been spending a lot of time trying to talk to people by just saying a simple greeting but there's never a response. I can see some of them checking my profile out which Zoosk moderators are taking far too long to approve but there is no reply even then! By not approving my profile contents rapidly, they are practically wasting my time and the money I spent on their service! It is highly unacceptable.

I can't distinguish between premium users and users who haven't got paid subscription! Why is it I cannot contact zoosk via email for advice although they are an internet based service?

They are taking money from people and not even providing a required level of service. Apparently, I need to pay extra money to know if the person I've sent a message to has read my message which is preposterous! I can call them regarding subscription issues only i.e. billing. It's an absurd company and I wish I could stop people from wasting money on there!

  • I'm from UK and the damage is actually 47.94 Great British Pound Sterling. When I googled Zoosk complaints, this site came up first.
    Please ignore the first picture because I had planned to provide a link to a compressed folder of all those pictures here as the maximum I could upload was 3 files. Later on I discovered I could upload more. I don't know how to remove the irrelevant files.
