They told me my first bill would be $134.,which would be every months bill(unless of course I get a pay per view movie or- something I asked several times about exactly how much my first bill would be, and was told $134 Received the bill of $269. Was told be a few reps/supervisors, I have to pay. I already paid $160.
Their rep told me this happens a lot. I contacted my attorney general/consumer affairs. Because the supervisor admitted it was their fault, and won't lower the bill to what was told.
