An unauthorized charge showed up on my credit card. I called the number next to the charge on my CC (888-666-7091) -- it was answered as DirectTV. When I spoke to a rep and explained the issue, I was given another number to call (800-531-5000). That rep said to fax a letter stating the issue, requesting the refund, along with a copy of my cc statement. The fax number provided was 877-580-2148. There is no answer at that number.
