On 2010 Heart Check America invited me & my husband to their 11859 Wilshire Blvd #110LA, CA 90025 branch to have free heart scan. On 5/2/10 during 2-hr presentation they used pressure sales tactics, urging us to go beyond the free heart scan & upgrade 10-year contract. After 2hr convincing, we agreed get full body scan & buy contract for $2000 plus $199in annual dues. Financing was available immediately w/23%interest with Chase, instead of promised 18mnth of no interest. After I found that this business is being sued in Il, Colorado, Nevada. We already paid $2000 to Chase Bank through one of its financing products known as Chase Health Advance with 23% interest ($369)for the future services that we no longer can take & need. I want cancel contract w/ this scam business, not pay anymore, & get back money for the services that we'll not receive anymore. Help me find recovery of money that has been paid for the financed purchase of HCA contracts by Chase and avoiding further collection of annual fees relating to the HCA contract.
