i ordered an engine back in Febuary 2013,and there was like a 2wk delay on my delivery and alady by the name of Stacy called me from customer service and told me they would credit me $65.00 and send me a $100 gift card well as of May 7,2013 i have not received anything from payless-autoparts i have called several time and talked with Mr.Suarez he keeps telling me the check has been mailed out,i recomend nobody to order parts from this company all they do is still your money
