Around the above date I sent this online company my used htc One 4G LTE cellphone worth $579.99 that I no longer was using. This online company stated that they would give you cash for your used electronic devices. Since I upgraded and really needed the extra cash, especially since the Chritmas holiday was approaching. I received the shipping label online and i went to my local post office to send the package via usps. The quoted price was $255.00 but was subject to change once the company was in possession of the phone. Later I received confirmation that there was more damage and I would receive $132.00. I recived a check for $132.00 dated 01/25/2013, so I procedd to the bank only to find out it can't be cashed because it was not signed. I contacted the company via email and forwarded a copy of the check as an attachment and they stated they would send out another check. Weeks went by and no check. I tried making contact I finally got an email message from a guy name Edward in customer service and he stated they were sending a check for $32.00. I stated I didnt want it because that was not the original quoted amount. On 05/06/2013 I recived a check in the msail dated 05/02/2013 in the amount of $32.00. Any damage did to the phone was not done by me because the phone has been in this company possession since November 2012. I will be forwarding the $32.00 back to the company vis certified mail through usps today because I want my $132.00 which I feel like my phone was worth more thsan that. I really thought I was getting $255.00 for my phone. Therefore I want my money or I want my cellphone back. This company has ripped me off and its not fair.
