Found Aircraft N3487X advertized on numerous aircraft sales websites including barnstormers.com, tradeaplane.com and planesgalore.com. On 04/20/13 I contacted seller Paul Krzeminski by phone at (808) 756-9498 to arrange to buy the aircraft. I checked FAA.gov to verify that the N-number in the photos matched the correct owner name published in the ads. The owner stated that a previous buyer failed to qualify for financing after shipping was prepaid and that the aircraft was crated and ready to ship. Seller recommended using inovotrade.com escrow service to secure the transaction. I checked to see if I could find out if Inovotrade had a good reputation and found only praise but have since found a couple of negative reports. On 04/25/13 I set up the Invotrade account and on 04/26/13 wired $30,500 to the inovotrade's Bank Of America account# 858058921314 swift code 026009593 located 801 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale FL 33009. On 04/29/13 I was notified by Inovotrade that my payment was received and the contract transaction number: 7331711 was opened. The terms of the Escrow were that delivery was to occur 5 days from receipt of payment however the seller scheduled delivery 3 days after the contracted delivery date. At the time I was not worried because the contract provided a 7 day inspection period. During the interim period I tried numerous times to contact the seller to provide contact information for the shipping company both by E-Mail and by phone but got no response. When delivery failed to occur as scheduled I attempted to contact the seller both by E-Mail and by phone but the seller would no longer respond. I filed to cancel the escrow transaction but Invotrade does not respond nor does their live support or Fax number function.
