I was in Greenville,South Carolina looking for a large apartment.I came upon these apartment that had a for rent sign,I called the number on the sign,which this person name Taylor(Manager)answer.she told me she had just gotten this very large apartment available and if I want it she needs to process the application now.she stated the apartment has not been cleaned yet so she could show it to me on Tuesday Febuary 19,2013. I thought the apartment was at the locatio where we were, then when I ask her what time to meet her here,that is when she stated it is in ware shoals which is a long way from where I wanted to move. since she promised the apartment was a huge one for my furniture I was willing to make that sacrifice.to get their an hour late with being lost and to see a very small effiency that would not hold too much of any of my belongings,also the apartment was dirty and I stated to Taylor,this will not do ,my bed will not fit in this place and she was trying to convince me to sell my stuff and get smaller things.I told her that is why I told you from the beginning,I needed a large apartment. I have been trying to get my money back because when a manager lie about their accomadations to trick you,they do not need to keep your money for a place that you did not see for yourself because she was too busy to leave her location,I just want my money back and also an apology letter.I have called and left messages also I spoke to the accounting manager name Donna Harwell who was suppose to look into the matter and call me back after she speak to Taylor,no phone call yet.
