I've been trying to get my $400 back for a year through their withdrawal policy. I've complied with the documentation that needs to be sent for withdrawals but they do not return the money. I've contacted their support several times and they stop answering me. They just don't want to give the money back no matter what. Now latest withdrawal request, previous ones were cancelled, is now sitting at "pending" for the past 2 months. When I ask customer support why its taking so long, I get no reply.
