Spirit charged me $59.95 for a renewal of their $9 fair club without any notice and even though I called to cancel before the charge had even cleared my account they refused to issue a refund. Instead they offered me a travel voucher for $59.95 that was non transferable and expired in 60 days. I'll be letting my bank handle these clowns and I suggest you do the same. This is a bad company that engages in predatory activities. Fly them if you must but understand that they have no regard for customer service or customer satisfaction. You are there victims not their customers. I feel bad for their customer service people who must spend most of their day getting yelled at by angry victims of this horrible company. I look forward to the day they are grounded once and for all.
