We were quoted $185 for two Iphone 4 type phone back in March. We still haven't got a reply on most of our "Tickets" we drop them. They only replied on the "Chat" spot one time but this is all. Their phones are disconnected. We need to get this resolved please! I see why this company is known as a scam company. I will never do business with Hello Totem again :-(

I see now this scambook is a deadend street because it has been a long time since I submitted this complaint and the money is surely gone now

Well finally we see on the Hello Totem account we have that they have sent us the $185. We will have to see how long it takes them to get the payment to us
