I advise anyone not to use this company. My own personal money have been on hold since April 23,2013. The merchant have even faxed them twice the letter to have this drop off my account. The customer service reps that works for this company is very unprofessional and don't give you time to speak. How at a corporate office you talk to the same person everytime you call. I will be getting a lawyer its not for the amount of money is about the principal of them giving you a hard time for your own money.
