I HAVE BEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY RECEIVER FOR OVER SIX MONTHS, AND REPORTED THE PROBLEM AT LEAST THREE TIMES. THE RESPONSE I HAVE GOTTEN HAS BEEN "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE PROBLEM, BUT IF IT CONTINUES PLEASE LET US KNOW” WELL THAT MIGHT BE EASY EXCEPT FOR THE WEB OF RECORDED MESSAGES AND INSTRUCTIONS ON WHICH BUTTON TO PUSH TO REACH SOMEONE THAT IS NEVER THERE OR CAN'T HELP BECAUSE I HAVE REACHED THE WRONG DEPARTMENT.
THE OTHER NIGHT I DECIDED TO PLAY THERE STUPID GAME, AND AFTER 40 MINUTES I REACHED A PERSON WHO LOOKED UP ALL MY PREVIOUS CALLS AND THEN ASKED "HOW CAN I HELP YOU” AFTER TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT MY SCREEN WAS BLANK SHE CONTINUED TO ASK ME WHAT I WAS SEEING FOR THE NEXT 10 MINUTES. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO HER THAT I WAS SEEING NOTHING, SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. I EXPLAINED THAT THAT WAS AN OPTION I WAS CONSIDERING, BT NOT AT THIS TIME, AND WHAT I WANTED NOW WAS TO GET A NEW BOX TO REPLACE THE OLD NONFUNCTIONING ONE I HAVE AND THAT I HAD ASKED TO BE REPLACED FOR ALMOST A YEAR

SHE SAID SHE COULD DO THAT, BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, AND WHEN IT OT THERE I WOULD HAVE TO PACK UP THERE OLD ONE AND GO TO UPS AND DROP IT OFF FOR RETURN SHIPPING. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON EQUIPMENT THEY SHOULD BE PROVIDING SO I MIGHT USE THE SERVICE I PAY A HANDSOME PRICE FOR ON A MONTHLY BASIS. AND THAT MY TIME IS WORTH SOMETHING AS WELL AND IT TAKES TIME TO REPACK HEIR DEFECTIVE BOX, AND TIME AND GAS TO GET IT TO UPS FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, AND PRESUMPTUOUS. I THINK WE SHOULD ALL STAND UP AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AND MAKE THEM REALIZE THAT WE KEEP THEM AFLOAT AND THAT THEY SHOULD BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR TIME AND MONEY. PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS
