I am trying to cancel this alarm service due to moving and also the bad service I receive from this company. I did not get any contract but they say I have a 3 year term. They cannot provide me a copy of one either. They say they will and never do. I have called 3 additional times to have a manager call me (this is to be a 24 hour turn around time) and this has never happened either. I received a letter saying I owed over $728 for closing it out early. I want to turn back the equipment but cannot until they stop sending harrassing letters.

- Report them to the Better Business Bureau. Make a posting on "Face Book" etc. Contact "Investor Relations".

- In addition send an e-mail in the form of a letter - Date, Manager, Address. State the reason(s) for your complaint #1, #2, #3 etc.. Print a hard copy as proof it was sent. Mail a "registered" copy to them. You have no proof you phoned. They can deny you called. They can NOT deny mail.
