AJRichies is a total scam operation. I mistakenly ordered a Nikon D5200 in February 2013. They called following the online order and said they could not fulfill the shipment until they spoke with me. I mistakenly listened to their lies about the need for a different battery and a 64 GB memory card, not to mention the warranty. The prices for the package went from a good deal to one that was more expensive then what I would have paid in a high end camera store. Not to mention, instead of a 64 GB card, I was sent two 32 GB and the incorrect size lens filters. When I contacted them, which took several phone calls and long waits on hold, the individual said there would be a restocking fee for returned items, despite the fact that on the phone they pushed the up-purchase saying everything could be returned if I changed my mind. Not to mention, they could not tell me what the reimbursement i would receive for returned items because i received a "package" price. They agreed to send me the correct filters and the camera bag that was not included with the order. Three months later I am still waiting for both. Two phone calls several days ago resulted in either being transferred from a person to a message machine or a promise of a return call, which I know I will not receive.

I could tell right after I agreed to the purchase that this was a scam but I could not get anyone on the phone to cancel it. I knew better then to return the items because I was certain I would never receive a refund. From the other complaints, I can see that I was correct.

Never purchase anything from this organization. If you did, my suggestion is to try to stop payment on your card.
