This company is looking for freebies! They have false advertising stating that they will accept clothes in new or like new condition that are name brand, and that is exactly what I sent in. I filled the bag they sent me completely full of freshly laundered and ironed like new children's clothing and all they credited me was 10% of what they accepted, which equaled almost $7.
They claim they pay out up to 40%, yet I have yet for anyone to claim that they have received such, all of the reviews I have read said they are only paying out 10-15%. The company needs to be forthright about what they will pay out.
The company also advertised through e-mail a dress that I sent in, yet they did not pay me for this dress. They accepted the clothes that I thought may not pass their "pristine" inspection and rejected the clothes that were higher quality and new. I believe they are pocketing all of my items without approval. There are many others with the same testimony. This place needs shut down!
