I ordered a replacement phone from Reach Out Wireless and almost 3 weeks later I have not received it. No one in customer service will give you solid tracking or shipping information. They only give you a big blanket of time 14-21 days. This is unacceptable and I am needing to have my order filled immediately or my money refunded to me via check.
