We purchased the contract and was giving 2 free roundtrip tickets/and 8 day cruise and which we sent in the $150.00 stated, I still have the receipts from which they were purchased and have not been able to get in touch with the company to redeem the trip since that time. Was also given a phone number of 214 418-1018 which is not a good number either. I called Tradewinds vacation pkg and they know nothing or so they say.
We don't know what else to do
