On or before 10/29/12 I was contacted by telephone by a sales representative (who was apparently with Cancun Premier Vacations aka CC Vacations Benito) regarding an all inclusive discounted trip to Florida and/or Mexico. Prior to being contacted by this sales representative, my sister had given me a gift certificate for what was advertised as a free all inclusive trip to Florida and Mexico and we planned to take the trip so our two families could spend our vacation time together. The company name listed on the gift certificate was USA Vacation Station and we had filled out the required registration form and faxed it in to the fax number listed on the form. Subsequently, when I was contacted by the sales rep. on or about 10/29/13 I understood and believed that the sales representative was affiliated with the company that we had registered with for the "free vacation" (i.e.- USA Vacation Station). I ended up agreeing to pay for a vacation with Cancun Premier Vacations on the mistaken belief that they were the same company as USA Vacation Station. Yesterday, I called Cancum Premier Vacation and spoke to a customer service representative to explain what had happened. However, the sales representative did not offer any refund or any other reasonable resolution. I then asked the sales rep. with Cancum Premier Vacation how they obtained my contact information and he claimed that he could not access that information at that time due to the fact it was a Mexican holiday, but he promised to get back to me within the next day or so. I am still waiting for that call back.

  • We are very sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your vacation packages, however, we are in no way affiliated or associated with USA Vacation Station. We receive our contacts from several different sources including referrals from former clients and opt in lead generation either online or via raffle and sweepstakes contests.

Regardless from where we received your contact information, we are happy that we did and welcome you as a Premier Cancun Vacations client.

We have been offering promotional vacation packages at discounted prices for over 10 years and have received in excess of 150 satisfied vacationing families each week. We have no doubt that you, too, will enjoy an amazing vacation while staying with us in Cancun.

We hope to see you, very soon.

    Sincerely,
    QUALILTY CONTROL
    PREMIER CANCUN VACATIONS

  • I want my money back as we cannot use the trip as the whole idea was to vacation with my sister and her family. If your company is truly a reputable and honest company that does not scam people (as you claim) certainly your company has a refund process available when trips are booked by mistake (or in this case due to representations by your company's representatives that lead us to believe your company was the same company as the one we had faxed in a certificate for a completely free trip).
