Company says you can have a passport in 24hrs,but doesn't say you still have to go through the post office to get a Passport.Not until they take you're money.I needed a passport in 2weeks for work.Every Post office in my area were backed up for at least 2months or more being it was the summer,and a lot people were applying for passports.Reason why i used Passport123 to get a passport.After finding out Passport123 couldn't do anything for me,because they needed the Post Office to process my paper work.N other words you pay these guys money to mail you're paper work to Government.(Something you can do on your own)I told them i couldn't used the Post office,because it was a 2month wait.They told me they couldn't refund my money or the 24hr shipping plan i payed for,and hung up in my face.They got payed $204.95 in one minute for not doing anything!!!!SCAM
