I am vodafone customer and my bill was higher than normal and i was told it was the premium text was sent by me to a number 65125 to which i have no knowledge off but the vodafone record shows 1 text was sent to this number. Then i was told the messages that were being sent to me by MX Telecom i am being charged for them, and was told to type STOP and the messaging will stop.
I don't even know how this fiasco started and i don't even understand the charges. What a scam and the vodafone who i understand also profits from this were little help and the company denies any wrong doing because the message was sent which i have no knowledge of. When i rang the company tehy are refusing to take responsibility. Now im going to the telecom ombundsman, its a matter of principal. What a scam, thiefs.
