On December 4th 2012 I went to check out through BJs self checkout and my husbands card wouldn't go through. The cashier came over to assist me and asked to see my identification card because the order was $508.22 and anything over $300.00 you needed identification when I explained it was my husbands card she said sorry I can't approve this transaction without your husband. I said ok can you please put the cart aside and I will be back later to get it with my husband. When my husband got off work we went back to BJs and asked where my cart was the cashiers said they must have put it back. My husband and I went back through Bjs and shopped for all the item I had in my cart the first time then we checked out the total was $519.83. You can look on security cameras and see i never left with nothing the first time and never signed anything you can clearly tell its not a signature the cashier was voiding the order because I didn't have proper ID. The same exact thing is on both orders but my husband added a few to the 2nd order for $519.83 I never got the items at 2:30pm for $508.22 and I urge everyone not to shop at BJs because they clearly know I never got those items and charged my husbands credit card twice. Sears credit card services sucks because they said they were investigating it and never did anything but put the $508.22 back on my husbands card. Please, Be careful where you shop and who you have credit cards with because you will get screwed. Bjs and Sears lost great customers!!!
