I o0rdered a free sample of their prolift serum p&p only. £1.99. This arrived fairly quickly but on checking my bank accounts this morning I find they have taken the above amount without my permission. Trying to get in touch with the company to complain and get a refund has proved hard going, you are left hanging on for ages even though I rang at 8.30 in the morning only to be told they had a long list of people waiting . At that time of the morning I ask you?
