On the 19 March 2013? I purchased green coffee beans and the trim trainer was free for a month, I think I tried the we page but couldn't find it. When I realised that money had been taken from my bank account on the 17 April 2013, I sent an email to cancel the subscription on the 27 April 2013; despite the receipt for the 19 March, stating that it can be "canceled by email or phone" I was sent an automated email saying I needed to read the terms an conditions and phone them. I have spoken to the bank, who are watching my account and will act I'm May if they take money out.
