Like the person who has lodged a similar complaint, we ordered ONE set of German language CDs from "Pimsleur." We did NOT authorize ANY further orders, yet the company sent us a second, fancier set of CDs. And, like the other person who has complained about these thieves, we never even opened the second package.

I called Pimsleur about all this and was told, "You DID sign up for everything when you placed your order for the $9.95 CD."

Huh? NO, I DID NOT!

The issue was resolved over the phone; these jackasses would not send me anything else, and they have NOT.

Now, months later, I get a letter dated April 1, 2013, claiming that "We don't understand why you have not paid us." These people want nearly $300.

I have received NOTHING from Pimsleur/Online Sales, LLC. So why are they wanting me to pay them? They MUST BE STOPPED!

They are breaking their word, the law, misleading consumers (and I am disabled), and simply scamming from people they THINK have money, as most of us who want to learn a new language are educated and fairly well off. I'm educated, but I live in brutal poverty, and I'm soon to be homeless. If these bastards mess with my checking account, I will sue them. I am clinically/suicidally depressed. That's why I'm disabled.

Somebody out there STOP Pimsleur and Online Sales, LLC. ASAP!!! And I mean that in ANY language!
