I placed an order for the free trial on April 10th, policy stating that I have 10 days within to cancel. After receiving the product on the 13th, had a reaction to it so on the 15th called to cancel. Offered to return the product where I was told it was basically going to cost more to ship it back as to accept the offer to pay $9.41 to keep the product, which I choose to do. The customer service rep. I spoke with said it was taken care of (it was cancelled) and I would NOT be charged anything other than the $9.41. However, on the 20th of April only five days later $94.13 was taken out of my account. I have since called twice again first person I spoke with after first time cancelling, was first saying that I didn't cancel, until I gave her the name, date and time I spoke to someone who said it was taken care of then said it would be refunded and would take up to 5 to 7 days. Still after seven days no refund I called again and they said they would talk to their manager to expedite this and could take up the 72 hours!!! Really!!! It only took them a few days to take it out of my account, why is it so hard to return it after I cancelled within the proper amount of time. Thank goodness I documented all the calls, however it hasn't help get my money back!
