I was suppose to open up an off-shore accounyt but the person waited until the last minute to raise the fee from $700 to $1,300 in ordewr to open up an account. I western union $450.00 to this guy and noew he tells me that I need an additional $1,300 Mr. Azeez is a criminal and needs to be put in jail.
