American Pest Control owned by Jonathan Levi and working out of Reseda California sold me insulation for my home and then shorted me. They sold me R30 insulation for my attic and wall insulation. There was an inspection a few days ago and I did not have ANY wall insulation and my attic insulation was only assessed at R13, not R30 and 1/3 of my attic was not completed, leaving the old insulation. The old insulation was thicker than what they put in. I have a receipt for $5000. I called them to come back and fix it, but I was ignored.
