I sent for the free trial of pills from this company,and paid on Visa took the pills and thought nothing more of it? It was only last week when my bank contacted me to ask about a payment on my Visa card that I had not authorised that I was made aware that this company had been fraudulantly taking £70 pounds per month from my card!!!!!! I called them for a refund no chance!! I have reported them to my banks fraud dept and they are investigating the isssue?I am also going to report them to as many agencies in the UK as I possibly can they are nothing more than criminals.

- I have had same thing done to me but have not as yet been able to get my money back just wish i could i also paid with a visa/debit card & also had not authorised it with this company but my bank say that if it is a 14 day trial & you go over the trial days then that is classed as an agreement but mine did not come till 11 days after & it was only when i called the company for a refund that they told me the 14 day trial started from the day that they were ordered so up to now i have not got anywhere with them at all & have not even used any of them i just want to get my money back & send them back to this damn company .
