I signed up because registration was supposed to be free but I was charged emediately upon registration. Somehow a bid pack was automatically selected without my authorization. Because I was charged I didn't know I could fight it so I ended up bying more bids which I used to win 2 prizes. I was charged for a purse and a bed cover but I never received them. I spoke to customer service and he said that my items were out of stock and that I won't be getting them. He said he'd refund the cost but it never happened. I sent many complaint emails of which I still have saved on my computer. I had email responses that said I would be refunded and also that a manager would contact me. It never happened.
I then contacted my credit card company who gave me my refund but then on September 7/2011 I received a detailed copy of my transactions from Mastercard which also informed me that they were charging me for $98.01 again. This letter also states that I never attempted to contact customer service which is absolutely false. I've kept these emails as well.

Ever since I started my complaints with Bidrack, back in May I have been promised my refund and a phone call from their manager but instead of any response or co-operation from Bidrack I was blocked from entering the site and ignored.

After I received this letter from Mastercard, I contacted Bidrack by email again. I received a response telling me that I would receive a call from a manager within 1-2 days and now it's been over 3 weeks. I've sent other emails requesting that a manager contact me but they just send another response apologizing and saying a manager will call me within 1-2 days. Instead of calling me they closed all my case numbers without resolving any of my issues.

I am very frustrated with BidRack. I am disabled and cannot afford to have unethical business's taking advantage of me. They sucker you when you sign up with their "free registration". They then sucker you into bidding against robots for items that will never be shipped to you. They lie to you when you complain and they lied to Mastercard, according to this letter I have. You wait weeks or longer for a phone call from their so called manager, which never comes and then they ignore you, expecting us to give up.
