Under replacement contract new water heater was installed I was charged $302.10 for ball valve and 3 hoses. 4/18, our community plumber noted that water heater was leaking and ball valve had not been installed. Also, new 30 gal water heater had replaced 40 gal one. My contract called for 40 gal water heater.
Ball valve installed late that day. I probably am not entitled to a refund but I am complaining about the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by the service manager
