Sent for free sample in response to survey to try cosmetics for free and put on to this company.when it arrived I thought it was sample as no paperwork or address was with it.One month went by before I saw that £ 97 95 had been taken from my account,bank can't get money back as not part of visa/MasterCard stop service so as a pensioner who would rather give this money away rather than be tricked by clever wording hope they get there comeuppance soon
