I keep getting repeat phone calls from 512-562-0059 and 512-562-0060. They state they are AVRS (sometimes they say they have been hired to collect a debt, and sometimes they say they are a law firm who has been hired to collect a debt). They claim it's a debt for a payday loan I never applied for (and filed a police report about 2 years ago). They won't stop calling me for the past couple years, saying I will be sued, go to jail, etc etc. On more than 1 occasion I have told them this is a fraudulent debt and ask them for their physical address, name, contact #, and to receive what they are claiming in Writing. They just hang up on me and I never get anything in Writing. They stop calling for 3-6 months when I do this, then start calling me every day and harassing me again. I am sick of this. I have filed BBB and FTC complaints, to no avail. They need to catch these guys and stop them.
