My husband received order 13377, a Dale Murphy Power Alley poster. ONLY the size is what was listed. Everything else was not correct and a false advertisement. The photo is not correct. I have a promo card from a sports store, rare, and know exactly what it is supposed to look like. The quality isn't even close to the original. You can't even read the word Nike on the upper right hand corner. It’s blurred. The whole photo is blurred, even Dale Murphy’s face. The ad also says it’s a "poster", it is not. A poster is made of paper, (not even card board). This is an enlarged glossy photograph. That is a big difference. It is false advertisement and shoddy work. My husband paid $29.45 for this garbage.
Here is their return policy below. Basically if we returned it, it would be minus shipping and handling (and assume tax of $1.65) which is $7.85 makes that $19.95. (That is the EXACT amount of this garbage before all the fees). Then 15% restocking fee of $2.99 makes that $16.96 Plus we would have to pay the postage to return it so we’d get back maybe a couple dollars.
BUT if you notice, we have to send it so they can check if they find it defective in order to get full amount back. I don’t think they would find anything about anyone’s order to be defective, so they’d get to keep the money, plus extra. All the other people, including us, get screwed. It’s a scam!I have many pictures of the mess and what the correct one should look like. But you only allow one attachment
