When I traced the call it was a VOIP or SKYPE account, someone is changing there phone number from a computer to call and gather information on you and gathering your information from a company called LINKEN, they see you are active searching for a job, so they try to gather information from you, dob, ss, etc, this is a scam hang up on them and report them to the fcc maybe they can trace their ip address and shut them down.
