ordered the tv ad buy 1 get one free 25' hose for $19.99 plus shipping/handling.
Was charged $203.74 and got (2) 25', + (2) 50' _ (2) 75'. Charged $7.99 shipping for each 25', then $8.99 for each 50' and then $9.99 for each 75'. All I wanted was the tv ad (2) 25'. Called was told I could ship them all back to the company and I would receive a credit minus the $53.94 shipping because they had already paid that to their shipping company. so they want me to pay to ship them all back, plus forfeit $54.00 and have no hoses.
I am disputing through credit card company and agreed to pay for and keep only what I ordered - well second time I used one of the 25' hoses the damn thing had about 15 leaks, everybody around got sprayed., haven't even bothered to try the other hose., and the ones I did not order are still in the boxes they came in.
THIS PRODUCT AND ITS DISTRIBUTOR IS A COMPLETE SCAM., AND WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET SOME INDIAN WHO CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO REPEAT BECAUSE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND -THEY GET RUDE AND HOSTILE.
