Paid fully for a flight to marrocos and am still waiting for a ticket,they are not answering my call and I am not getting anywhere. they still asking for more money, the guy called mathew horn, he says is the manager.. on biggin he use to speak with me after the I paid, I never speak with him anymore all the we will can u later,when they know is me they turn off the phone ....

- Hi! i also have same problem as yours but i did get my refund just recently. I reported them to consumer helpline (ATOL) and i also called companies houses to check if their company is still active. I manage to get their address here in UK ( RELIANCE TRAVEL LTD.) and sent a letter to the owner of the company. I hope u will get your money back too.
