I responded to your email two days ago.  I have not heard back from you yet.  I downloaded the Paplinko app and reached level four.  I received the one mithril for downloading the app.  I have still yet to receive the two mithril for reaching level four.

Unfortunately this is not the App Developers fault that I have not received my credits.  I would like a phone number for your customer service.  This is not a very professional way of handling things.  I have try contacting you about this one instance on several occasions.  It always takes you a tremendous amount of time to get back to me and now I want to speak to a living person on the phone from your company.  Because while your records show that it was rewarded.  They showed the same thing when I first spoke to someone and the investigation that followed showed that I did not receive my credit.  Now I want what is owed to me by your company.  It is not so much to ask.  It was two credits but no I could not get those.  Then I was promised forty and did not receive those as well.  In my opinion this is a very poor mockery of a company that does not do what they say they will.  It is false advertisement and can be dealt with swiftly by law.  And believe me that when you say that I need to reach out to the developer I don't that is your problem because this was all done through you.  It is your problem not the developer's.  Now send me a customer service number for your company or my rewards.

This has been going on for more than two weeks and it is false advertisement. They can be sued if there are enough of us who are tired of this.
