I signed up in the hopes of getting new business, sales rep very nice and attentive and easy to get along with them. I design my adds, next thing i know the adds are published and i had no chance to proof the adds mispellings, adds looked horible, I was also informed the did not send out half the distrabution area they said they would. Now being sued by this peace of (Inappropriate Content Removed) company. Please if you have been scammed as i have please post.

- Ziplocal does have a proofing and revisions process that allows a customer to make changes to their ads prior to publication. We also have tight ad change deadlines that must be adhered to in order to meet publication deadlines. Additionally, Ziplocal makes all efforts to deliver to our directory coverage areas based on the population counts for that area. Because of the volume of directories being delivered, 100% delivery accuracy is not guaranteed, and this is outlined in the terms of the contract that a customer signs. There are also pick-up locations where a directory can be obtained free of charge, in the unfortunate event that a copy is not received. We do invite "Bryan" to contact us at 800-553-0801 in order for us to discuss specific information pertaining to his account and directory.
